I am missing a lot of things here and I would like to add them in the very near future. I am making a list of things to do here. So here they are:

Tips how to exchange Pokemons between individual Pokemon games

Note: VBAlink should run probably from all pokemon games to others (with prerequisite that in the given game you complete something (job, task - for example repair the time machine), but I have only test it from the same game to the same yet (from the Ruby to Ruby, from Blue to Blue, from FireRed to FireRed and similar).

Unpack it all to some folder
Run two (three, four) VisualBoy at once
In the Options / Emulator uncheck the "Pause, when inactive window"
If you want to use saves, you have to rename them - the renaming for save VBA #1 is ".sa1" (example: Pokemon Ruby.sa1) and for VBA #2 ".sa2" etc.
Complete!
Now it's only needed, if you go to some PC (second floor) and you can exchange Pokemons as you wish)

Questions
Q: I have VBA Link and I play the game always in the first window. . What should I do to get me play the game even with the save in the second window? (because of the exchange)
A: Either you have to save directly with the help of game (By the pokemon games is this option available at the main menu under the SAVE option. You will find more here) or with the help of emulator (by the VBA Link is this option available at the menu offer File. More is here again). In the first case you need to rename the file - Emulator is loading the save alone and it needs to know where exactly to find it. The first window finds the file with the name same as the ROM with extension .SA1, the second with extension .SA2 and so on. It will do if you copy or rename this file. If you have used until now the classical VBA, you need to know that this is always searching the files with extension .SAV, so you have to rename the save even for the first window. In the second case it's a much more easier. Just simply open the second window, load the ROM and through the menu File load the save, you have saved.

Q: Can I play games on Internet with VBA Link ?
A: Unfortunatelly, more no than yes. Theoretically it's possible at the setting of net game to input any computer address (IP) on the Internet and by this to connect to it, but connection needs extremely high connection speed of your Internet link and so it usually works only very slowly or nearly not at all.
