Question:
Does the website playr actually work for pokemon games?
I have found out there is a website www.playr.org which you can play most pokemon games on. It also appears that you can save however I can't figure out how to save your file into your documents and you can only save on the website. Do the saves actually work when saving on the website because it seems a bit unreliable? Has anyone ever completed a pokemon game using this site?
Answer:
The only pokemon games that playr has are the original ones, which are red, blue, yellow, crystal, gold, and silver. To save, you have to create an account on the website. you don't save on the actually game screen (that is, you don't save the way you would if it were a handheld.) Once you create an account, you go to the game. On the right side of the screen, you can see a box that's titled "Your Stuff." There are two tabs there, "Controls" and "Saves." The tab is automatically set to "Controls," so you have to click "Saves," and if you did everything right, you should be able to save there! To play the game again after you've saved and quit, just log in again and go back to the "Saves" tab, and your saved game should be there.
