Spark plugs comparisson NGK BP5ES and NGK ZGR5A

I have jeep Suzuki Samurai SJ410, which is 1.0 liter carb engine. The manual says to use NGK BP5ES spark plugs. I was wondering if I can use NGK ZGR5A which I had available at home from my old bmw 735i car. I wasn't able to find enough information about differences between these two. I am not sure why there are so many versions of different spark plugs on the market. I don't mean different heat temperatures, defined by the number in the spark plug names, but it's hard to find info about different letter meanings in the manufacturer spark plug codes. Anyway, at few bmw discussion forums, I have found that different service manuals do recommend for the same type of engine both of these NGK spark plugs. I have found this info for 3 different engines, mentioned in the discussion. So far, I am satisfied with this googling and I will not waste more time on this. I am going to use NGK ZGR5A instead of NGK BP5ES on my Samurai engine.
